How do I track my order?

After your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number on the carrier's website to track your package. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days please contact us at support@coretrack.net.
Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of placement. After that your order may already be processing for shipment. Contact us immediately at support@coretrack.net with your order number.
What payment methods do you accept?

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days after your order is processed. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 have a flat shipping rate of $4.99.
Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only including Alaska and Hawaii. We are working on expanding international shipping in the future.

Are your products waterproof?

Most of our fitness watches feature IP67 waterproof ratings which means they are protected against splashing, rain, and sweat. However they should not be submerged in deep water. Check each product page for specific waterproof ratings.
What is the battery life on your smartwatches?

Do your watches come with a warranty?

All CoreTrack products are covered by our 30-day return policy. If you receive a defective product we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
