We want you to be completely satisfied with your CoreTrack purchase. If you are not happy for any reason we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

✅ Items Eligible for Return

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging with all accessories
  • Return requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Item must not be damaged by misuse

❌ Items NOT Eligible for Return

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Items showing signs of physical damage or misuse
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Items marked as Final Sale

Contact Us

Email support@coretrack.net with your order number and reason for return.

Get Return Authorization

We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Ship Your Item Back

Pack the item securely and ship it back using the instructions provided. Keep your tracking number.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

💰 Refund Details

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank it may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear on your statement.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

🔧 Defective or Wrong Item

If you received a defective item or the wrong product we will cover all return shipping costs and send you a replacement or full refund immediately.
